Neon heels

Nice but personally I feel like the heel is too curvey, and the spa is too shiny for the heel its self, personally I would decrease the luminosity. I don't like how the top part of the color and the toe cap are too big since I can look into the shoe and see past the foot, it doesn't really make sense as with when women wear heels they usually wear tight ones. Lastly, the bottom row of the colored stripes are too much, there should be like 2 loops instead of the 3 you used since the 3 are too thin.
